The Healthy Cleveland Resolution adopted by Cleveland City Council, Mayor Frank Jackson and the four major healthcare institutions last year outlined a broad-based public-private initiative to address health disparities in Cleveland.  The Healthy Cleveland Resolution: Moving from Ideas to Practice Summit will bring together community stakeholders from across the city and county to develop plans for policies and initiatives that will improve the health of Cleveland's residents and their neighborhoods.  The summit will include discussion about healthy food access, active transportation, smoking cessation, and healthy meals at Cleveland schools.  This summit is sponsored by Cleveland City Council, YMCA of Greater Cleveland, Cleveland Neighborhood Development Coalition, Place Matters, and the Saint Luke's Foundation. All are welcome to attend.
