FPC Working with Bush Consulting on the Sustainable Food Business Cluster Project

FPC in partnership with the City of Cleveland’s Office of Sustainability will be working with Bush Consulting of Salem, Ohio to complete an analysis and roadmap of the food business cluster in Northeast Ohio with a focus on Cleveland and Cuyahoga County.  Brookings Institution defines clusters as "geographic concentrations of interconnected businesses, suppliers, service providers, and associated institutions in a particular sector." 2013 Produce Perks EBT Incentive Application

The FPC is currently accpeting applications for farmers' markets and farm stands in Cuayhgoa County to participate in the 2013 Produce Perks EBT Incentive. The program will kick off in May 2013 and run until April 2014 (or while funds last). Applications are due (preferably submitted by email) by Monday, March 25th.

2012 Produce Perks Market Report

The Produce Perks Market Report provides a full scope of the program from May 2012 (2012 program launch) to May 2013. Several markets continue to participate in the program throughout the winter and distribute Produce Perks up until the end of April 2013. FPC looks forward to starting a new round of the Produce Perks program in the 2013 season starting, once again, in May.
